Nestled into the cliffside above Sydney’s Double Bay, the organic forms of the lush surrounding flora and harbour activity lend new curves to the angular 90s construction. Natural materials also soften and pull from the landscape: sinuous Brazilian quartzite, soft veined arabescato marble, limed french oak and otsumigaki plaster. The reimagined spaces invite repose, restraint and a feeling of refuge.
